Verification costs us real time for every male profile, and the men pay for it only after their ID is approved. Keeping Silver free for women keeps the community full of real, verified women, which is what men are paying for.

Every plan is a prepaid pack (by card, JazzCash or Easypaisa) and never renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge. We message you five days before it ends; buy the next pack from the Pricing page whenever you are ready.

If your profile is rejected at verification after you have paid, you get a full refund. Otherwise, memberships are not refunded once they start, and because nothing renews by itself, you never pay for a period you did not choose.

JazzCash: pay instantly from the JazzCash app, a card or a bank account, and the plan starts the moment the payment goes through. Easypaisa and bank transfer still work too: send the amount, upload the screenshot and we confirm within 24 hours.

Because the same month should cost about the same effort wherever you live. Rupee prices are set for families in Pakistan so a membership is easy to keep going month after month; the dollar prices are set for members abroad (UK and Europe included), where even our Platinum costs a fraction of what UK or European matrimonial services charge. The tiers and the matchmaker are identical. Only the currency changes.

Rupee and dollar prices are each a fixed amount. The rupee price is not converted from dollars, so it does not move with the exchange rate. Every pack is prepaid at the price shown when you buy it; if we ever change prices, that applies to packs bought after the change.

Yes, on every tier and at no extra cost. Khaas is our space for members with special needs: listing a profile there is one tick box, and the Khaas filter on the search page is open to every verified member.
