Creating an account is simple and straightforward. Register by providing the required information and completing your profile. You can add or update additional details and preferences during registration or anytime later from your Settings.

You can update your information anytime from Settings. Choose Profile to edit your personal details and photos, or Preferences to update your partner preferences. Select Edit in the relevant section to make your changes.

Your contact details remain private by default. Once you’re connected with someone, open the chat, select More Options (), and choose “Share My Contact.” Your details will only be shared when you confirm the action.

Report the profile immediately through our platform or contact our support team. Do not share personal, financial, or sensitive information. Our team investigates reports carefully to help maintain a secure and trustworthy matrimonial community.

Yes. We use encryption and security practices to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information, and access is limited to authorized purposes. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Every profile is reviewed by our team before it can browse or contact other members, and male profiles must submit government-issued ID. Everyone confirms they are free to marry, and members can have an official marital-status document (civil-status certificate, divorce decree or death certificate) checked for a “Status verified” badge. We do not verify income or education, and we do not run background checks. The full list of what we do and do not check is on our How We Verify page.

Identity documents are seen only by Elarove’s review team and never shown to other members. A woman's photo is shown to a man only once the two are connected; men's photos are visible to logged-in, verified women, never to visitors or search engines.

Registration and verification are free. Female members browse and connect at no cost. Male members choose a membership plan to browse and contact profiles; a one-time registration fee is included in the first plan payment. Plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page, and you always see the full price before you pay.

Visa Consultancy pairs you with an independent, Elarove-vetted consultant for spouse, partner or student visa applications, with your document checklist, tasks and messages kept in one case. It requires a membership that includes Visa Consultant access. Start from Visa Services. Elarove is a platform, not an immigration adviser, and no one can guarantee a visa decision.
