Routes we handle

Each route has its own document list and timeline; the consultation walks you through yours.

Spouse or partner visa, United Kingdom

Spouse or partner of a British citizen or settled person

The sponsor’s income and accommodation carry most of the weight; the English test and TB certificate are the usual last-minute surprises.

Usually needed: NADRA marriage certificate, sponsor’s income evidence, English test, accommodation proof, TB test.

Spouse sponsorship, Canada

Spouse of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

Relationship evidence is examined closely; a well organised file with a clear timeline makes the difference.

Usually needed: relationship evidence, police certificate, medical exam, sponsor eligibility documents.

Spouse or fiancé(e) visa, United States (CR-1 / K-1)

Spouse or fiancé(e) of a US citizen

A petition first, then the consular stage and interview in Islamabad; the affidavit of support has strict income rules.

Usually needed: petition, affidavit of support, civil documents, interview preparation.

Partner visa, Australia (subclass 309/100)

Spouse of an Australian citizen or permanent resident

Evidence is assessed across four pillars (financial, household, social and commitment), so we build the file around them.

Usually needed: four-pillar relationship evidence, health examination, character certificates.

Family reunification, Germany and Schengen

Spouse of a resident in Germany, Italy and other Schengen states

Germany asks for basic German (A1) before the visa; other states have their own registration and income rules.

Usually needed: A1 German certificate (Germany), registered marriage, sponsor’s residence permit and income.

Student visa, Canada

Students with an admission offer

Proof of funds and a convincing study plan matter as much as the acceptance letter.

Usually needed: letter of acceptance, proof of funds, statement of purpose.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the route

Destination, who the sponsor is and their status, and where the marriage is or will be registered. Five questions, two minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Get a straight answer

A 45-minute call with a named consultant: are you eligible, what will it take, how long, and what it costs. You get the document checklist in writing.

  3. Step 3

Choose how much help you want

Do it yourself with the checklist, have every document reviewed, or let the consultant prepare and track the whole case in your Elarove dashboard.

Questions we get asked

Can you guarantee my visa?

No, and anyone who says they can is not being honest with you. Decisions are made only by the immigration authority. What we can do is make sure the application is complete, consistent and well evidenced.

Who are the consultants?

Independent consultants vetted by Elarove before they take a case. Each consultant’s card shows their experience and any registration that applies in the destination country, and you can ask them directly.

Do I need to be an Elarove member?

No. Anyone can book a consultation. Members get a discount, and a matched couple sees a “Start your visa case” card in their dashboard the moment they are engaged.

How long does a spouse visa take?

It depends on the country and the time of year: typically a few months for the UK and Australia and longer for Canada and the USA. The consultation gives you a realistic range for your route.

What does the full case include?

The consultant prepares the application and the supporting evidence, invites the sponsor into the case through a secure link, tracks every requirement in the dashboard, and prepares you for the interview where one applies.

How do I pay?

JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer in Pakistan, or by card from abroad. Fees are shown before you book and government fees are paid separately, by you, to the authority.

Elarove is a technology platform that connects you with independent visa consultants and keeps your case organised. Elarove itself does not provide immigration or legal advice and does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government or immigration authority. Consultants are vetted and approved by Elarove before they take on cases, and you can ask your consultant about their qualifications and any registration that applies in your destination country.
